Lab equipment repair
Incubators, autoclaves, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, balances, microscopes, PCR and electrophoresis units — repaired in your lab wherever possible.
What we repair →FAAN.pk keeps biomedical, electrical and computer engineers on one team, so a single visit covers the mechanics, the control electronics and the software that stopped talking to the machine — instead of your department chasing three separate vendors for one instrument.

A replacement controller we build when the original board is discontinued — sized to the instrument’s own front-panel cutout.
Incubators, autoclaves, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, balances, microscopes, PCR and electrophoresis units — repaired in your lab wherever possible.
What we repair →Lab refrigerators, vaccine fridges, −20 °C and −86 °C freezers, cold rooms, display chillers, domestic fridges and air conditioning. Compressors, gas charging, thermostats and controls.
Cold chain service →Patient monitors, ECG, defibrillators, infusion pumps, dental units, analysers and aesthetic laser systems for hospitals and medical colleges.
Biomedical service →When the original controller is discontinued or the imported spare costs more than the instrument, we design and build a drop-in replacement that fits the original panel.
How we build them →Equipment registers, maintenance schedules, temperature logging for accreditation, and ERP or POS systems built for labs, clinics and factories.
Software we build →No surprises, in either direction. You know the fault and the cost before we pick up a screwdriver.
An engineer visits your department, opens every non-working instrument on the list and tells you plainly which are revivable and which are not. You get a written inventory. There is no charge and no obligation.
The fault, the parts required, the price and the turnaround are put in writing before any work starts. If a repair is not economical, we say so.
Most faults are fixed in your lab, so the equipment never leaves the department. Board-level and component-level work goes to our Faisalabad workshop and comes back tested.
The instrument is run under load and its readings checked against its own specification — temperature stability, speed, wavelength accuracy, balance linearity — before we hand it back.
Scheduled preventive servicing through the year, so instruments do not fail in the middle of a semester or a funded project.
Repair is the daily work. These are the jobs where the original part no longer existed, or the customer needed something that was never sold.
The original controller was discontinued and the imported spare cost more than the incubator was worth. We designed a drop-in board that fits the existing front-panel cutout, so the instrument looks and operates exactly as before.
A PID controller for a lab incubator whose sensor sits far from the heater — the case that makes cheap thermostats overshoot. Burst-fire power control and a rate-of-rise brake hold the setpoint, and the temperature can be watched from a phone.
A four-layer board designed in-house for measurement work, with the analog supply kept clear of the digital rails so the ADC readings stay clean.
Our base and workshop are in Faisalabad. On-site visits are arranged across Punjab — these are the cities we reach most often.
