On-site at your lab
Our engineer comes to the department with test equipment and spares. Diagnosis and most repairs happen there, so the instrument never leaves your custody, and there is no gate pass, no transport and no risk of damage in transit.

Laboratory equipmentOne team for the mechanical side, the power and control electronics, and the software or PC interface — on-site at your lab, or board-level at our Faisalabad workshop.
Not an exhaustive list. If an instrument is not here, ask — the underlying faults are usually the same.
What actually gets done when one of these arrives at the bench or we arrive at yours.
Our engineer comes to the department with test equipment and spares. Diagnosis and most repairs happen there, so the instrument never leaves your custody, and there is no gate pass, no transport and no risk of damage in transit.
When a fault sits in the controller board, the power supply or a component, the unit comes to Faisalabad. It is repaired, run under load and returned tested, with the fault and the parts replaced recorded in writing.
Departments usually underestimate what is repairable. A large share of the equipment sitting in store rooms as “dead stock” has a failed heater, a dry electrolytic capacitor, a burnt triac or a sensor that has drifted — parts costing a fraction of a replacement instrument. That is exactly what the free survey is for.
An engineer visits your department, opens every non-working instrument on the list and tells you plainly which are revivable and which are not. You get a written inventory. There is no charge and no obligation.
The fault, the parts required, the price and the turnaround are put in writing before any work starts. If a repair is not economical, we say so.
Most faults are fixed in your lab, so the equipment never leaves the department. Board-level and component-level work goes to our Faisalabad workshop and comes back tested.
The instrument is run under load and its readings checked against its own specification — temperature stability, speed, wavelength accuracy, balance linearity — before we hand it back.
Scheduled preventive servicing through the year, so instruments do not fail in the middle of a semester or a funded project.
