Discontinued parts

Drop-in replacement controllers

When the original board is no longer made, or the imported spare costs more than the instrument is worth, we design a replacement around the cutout that is already in the front panel. Same buttons, same displays, same behaviour — parts sourced in Pakistan.

Retrofit

Proper temperature control

PID control with RTD / PT100 or digital sensing, SSR or triac burst-fire output, and tuning for the real geometry of your instrument — including the awkward case where the sensor sits far from the heater and cheap thermostats overshoot.

Visibility

Remote monitoring and alarms

A local web dashboard on your own network, continuous logging, and an alert to a phone when a reading leaves its band. No subscription required and no dependence on someone else’s cloud staying online.

Records

Cold-chain and process logging

Continuous temperature or humidity records with exportable reports, for accreditation, audits and funded-project documentation.

Hardware

Custom PCB design and assembly

Schematic, layout, prototype and small-batch assembly — including boards with separated analog rails where measurement accuracy matters.

Panels

Control panels and rewiring

Complete instrument control panels rebuilt: contactors, relays, drives, safety cut-outs, wiring looms and clear labelling, so the next engineer can read it.

Worth knowing

One board, not a new instrument

Why this matters for an old instrument. Laboratory equipment often outlives its electronics by fifteen years. The oven, the chamber, the motor and the optics are all fine; a single obsolete controller is what makes the instrument scrap. Replacing that one board is normally a small fraction of a new unit and keeps the equipment on your inventory.

From replacement boards to our own products

Every replacement controller we build teaches us something the imported original got wrong for a Pakistani lab: parts that cannot be sourced here, menus written for a different workflow, and service that has to come from abroad.

We are working towards a line of locally made laboratory controllers and instruments — designed here, serviceable here, with spares on a shelf in Faisalabad. If your department needs something that is not sold anywhere, that is exactly the kind of problem we want.

Replacement controller

DH3600 incubator controller board

The original controller was discontinued and the imported spare cost more than the incubator was worth. We designed a drop-in board that fits the existing front-panel cutout, so the instrument looks and operates exactly as before.

ESP32 incubator controller with web dashboard

A PID controller for a lab incubator whose sensor sits far from the heater — the case that makes cheap thermostats overshoot. Burst-fire power control and a rate-of-rise brake hold the setpoint, and the temperature can be watched from a phone.
